Contested Divorce & Custody Actions
When it comes to contested divorce and custody actions, knowing what to expect and/or how to proceed removes much of the anxiety and fear. This course addresses the commencement of the legal action, procedures, pitfalls to avoid and strategies that have allowed others to achieve their desired results.
Legitimation
Many jurisdictions do not require a "Legitimation" action when a child is born out of wedlock. However, in jurisdictions in which this is required, many fathers are perplexed when they discover that they have absolutely no parental rights whatsoever, until they file a legitimation action.
This course discuses what is typically involved in a legitimation action.
Child Support & Paternity Tests
Some jurisdictions allow "abandonment" warrants to be issued every 31 days if no child support is received by the custodial parent, regardless of visitation opportunities. And some men, upon obtaining a divorce, are shocked to discover that the child in question is not his biological son or daughter. This course addresses child support, how it is typically calculated, paternity tests, as well as, Income Deduction Orders.
Temporary Protective Orders
Temporary Protective Order (TPO) applications are filed to protect an individual from stalking or domestic abuse. This course addresses the procedures in filing a TPO action, the TPO hearing, as well as, how the TPO filing is abused in attempts to gain exclusive possession of a residence, car, or even child custody.

Using Exhibits & Social Media To Win Your Case
Many people feel compelled to post their entire lives on social media. But ALL social media, online videos, text messages, DMs, dating sites, etc., are fair game when it comes to divorce and custody actions. This course addresses how online postings, text messages, videos, etc., can be entered into evidence as exhibits to win a divorce and/or custody matter.
